1. Description

WDW-100D is widely used for mechanical properties testing of metallic, non-metallic tensile, compression and bending. It is suitable for various test fields such as quality supervision, teaching and scientific research, aerospace, iron and steel metallurgy, automobiles, rubber and plastics, and braided materials.
WDW-100D testing machine adopts high-precision servo speed-regulating motor and speed-regulating system as the driving device and arc synchronous belt (wheel) deceleration system. After the motor decelerates through the deceleration system, it drives the precision ball screw pair to load. The electrical part consists of load (force) measurement system and displacement measurement system. All control parameters and measurement results can be displayed on the computer screen in real time, and the parameters such as the elastic modulus, tensile strength, and elongation at break can be calculated. And has functions such as overload protection.
