Main Applications and Scope of Application

This tester primarily assesses the load-carrying capacity of lubricants under extremely high point contact pressures using sliding friction. These tests include three indicators: maximum non-seizure load (PB), sintering load (PD), and combined wear value (ZMZ). This tester can also perform long-term wear tests on lubricants, determine the coefficient of friction, and record friction and temperature curves. Applicable standards for this machine:

Operating Conditions
a) Room temperature within the range of 10-35°C;
b) Relative humidity not exceeding 80%;
c) An environment free from vibration, corrosive media, and strong electromagnetic interference;

Functions of the measurement and control system and test software
(1) Implementation of national standards GB/T12583-1998 (Lubricant extreme pressure performance determination method), ZB E 34007-87 (four-ball wear test method) and other test methods; (provide standards)
(2) Friction force, peak value and load, the accuracy is ±1% of the displayed value starting from 20% of each range, and can be automatically calibrated (manually calibrated);
(3) Real-time display of motor revolutions (speed) and test duration;
(4) With multiple protection functions: friction force, load, motor revolutions, etc.;
(5) Real-time recording of friction force-time and load-time test curves, high-speed sampling;
(6) Using variable structure PID control algorithm to adjust the loading process, constant speed control error ≤5%, pressure holding control error ≤0.5%;
(7) When the test force exceeds a certain upper limit, the system will automatically enter overload protection and take certain measures in time to ensure the safety of the testing machine;
(8) The test data adopts data file management mode, which can save all test data and curves, and the printed test report format meets the national standard requirements.

Before the delivery of the equipment, we will carry out the factory inspection and the equipment will be shipped after the inspection.
