3. Program description

3.1 Host
The main engine is mainly composed of five parts: frame, mechanical loading mechanism, transmission mechanism and fixture. The frame is composed of four columns to form a closed frame with the workbench and the upper beam. The lower part of the frame is the workbench, the upper part is the upper beam, and the loading beam is in the middle of the frame. The transmission mechanism drives the up and down reciprocating motion to realize the compression fatigue test of the spring. . The transmission mechanism is composed of an adjustable-speed motor and a flywheel controlled by a frequency converter. By adjusting the motor speed, the test frequency can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 1-5Hz.

3.2 Control system
The computer measurement and control system is the center of the test device.
