Low Temperature Impact Testing Machine Charpy Impact Tester
This impact tester is an instrument for testing the impact resistance of metal materials under dynamic loads. It can continuously conduct a large number of metal impact tests. It adopts full automatic control. The control system uses programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the whole process of swing taking and impact test through computer software program. Show the impact absorbing power, the rotation angle of the pendulum and print the test report. By equipping cryogenic tank, the test can be carried out at room temperature to - 60 degrees. It is an indispensable test instrument for metallurgical, mechanical manufacturing and other units, as well as for the research of new materials in scientific research units.

Features:
1. The machine is controlled by PLC. The swing, pendulum, feeding, positioning, impact and temperature adjustment settings are all electric and mechanical control. Equipped with special feeding device, automatic feeding, sample automatic end positioning. The time from discharge to impact is not more than 2 seconds, which meets the requirements of Charpy impact test at low temperature. After impacting the sample, the residual energy can be used to swing automatically, and the preparation for the next test is made, so the work efficiency is high.
2. The main engine adopts double supporting pillars, the main shaft is simply supported by beam type support and pendulum, the radial load distribution of the bearing is reasonable, the deformation of the main shaft is effectively reduced, and the energy loss caused by bearing friction is greatly reduced.
3. Using double-stage standard deceleration motor to lift hammer, running smoothly.
4. Hydraulic cushion is used for pendulum hanging device, and pendulum hanging is stable.
5. The precise design of the pendulum three-dimensional software ensures the accuracy of the strike center and the pendulum moment.
6. The impact cutter is fixed by screw, which is easy to replace.
8. The main engine is equipped with safety pins and safety net to ensure the safety of the test.
