HRD-150 Portable Electric Rockwell Hardness Tester
HRD-150 is an electric superficial Rockwell hardness tester based on ordinary surface Rockwell hardness tester, which adopts motor to automatically control the loading, holding, and unloading of the test force. The load retention time is selectable, and the operation is easy, convenient, and fast. Except dial to zero, there is no artificial error, which has high sensitivity and stability.
(1)The body part is molded by casting process and has been treated for a long time. Compared with the splicing process, the shape variables of the casting one are extremely small, and it can effectively adapt to all kinds of harsh environment.
(2) Car paint, high grade lacquer, strong scratch resistance, still bright as new after years of use.
(3) Small test force with small indentation, no affecting the continuous use of the specimen.
(4)Dial direct reading,HRN, HRT,and other scales are optional.
(5)Friction free spindle, lever loading, high precision of test force.
