Our production of electronic extension project using resistance strain type principle, divided into YYU, YYS YYJ and etc. We are one of the largest electronic extensometer project of professional production base. It has been widely applied in various systems of junior colleges, universities, scientific research units, and the factory laboratory. It has the structure to be dexterous, use convenient, stable and reliable many characteristics. Products are 0.5, 1 levels accuracy extension plan, which can be used for static, dynamic mechanical test.
1. Profile
(1) YYU series axial deformation extensometer, which is applicable to metal, non-metallic material test. It includes regular extensometer, average strain extensometer, special extensometer (large standard steel hinge line, concrete, rocks, wood, etc.). Used to measure elastic modulus E, provisions non-proportional extension intensity RP, stipulated total extension strength RT, various elongations, strain hardening exponent N and other parameters.
(2) YYJ series fracture mechanics and the lateral deformation of extension plan, is used to measure Poisson's ratio U, plastic strain R, KIC, COD parameters. Also used in reverse shear modulus G, regulation disproportional torsion stress RP (for example Rp0.015, Rp0.3, etc.) of the torsion
extensometer.

3. Operating method
(1) YYU series stretched meter installed card: with two fingers, knead extensometer, make two arms from stem and marking arm contact, attach the label from slice open inserted in one arm and standard pole. Through the extensometer hook, with elastic will stretched plan fixed in sample. Note: add hold power should be appropriate, two knife-edge centerline and sample axis parallel. Check carefully and then, take subscript piece, make from arm with standard distance between around 0.5 mm pole reserved spacing. To use a spring gripping the YYU series extensometer, please refer to article 2 and special precautions.
(2) YYS series stretched meter installed card: attach the label from bolt inserted in the pin hole, to ensure the gauge length is accurate. Extensometer fixed on the sample with spring, also can use elastic gripping. In guarantee extensometer installed correctly, stable, take out the gauge length pin, to make experiment.
(3) YYJ series extensometer of outfit card: seized up two arms, using the elastomeric own elastic outfit card in the knife edge of sample. Note: do not use super deformation, lest damage extensometer. Special note: no matter use spring or rubber band blessing, must choose appropriate clamping force when clamping, any clamping method, all need two knife-edge centerline and sample axis parallel. Spring or rubber band of clamping state can be adjusted.

5. Problem and solution
(1) No signal: using a multimeter to resistance gears measured signal group and bridge resistance of pressure group, about 350 ohms,measuring the arbitrary signals end and arbitrary bridge pressure resistance, about 280 ohms. If there are discrepancies, then open joint to check whether disconnected or a virtual welding.
(2) Signal fluctuation: using a multimeter documents (24M) resistance measurement arbitrary end and extensometer between resistance of the shell, not just a short-circuit.
(3) Repeatability poor: check whether fixed screw loose, blade for wears.
(4) Zero big: check whether the gauge length is appropriate, whether blade marking is loosen. If it cannot be excluded, please contact with us, but not disassemble. Extensometer itself quality damage, is free guaranteed for one year. Improper use or external damage will be charged for the repairs.
