2000KN CTM Hydraulic Concrete Compressive Strength Test Machine

 

I. Function and purpose

This compression testing machine is mainly used for the compression strength test of brick, stone, cement, concrete and other building materials, and also for the mechanical properties test of other materials.

It is a kind of hydraulic manual loading and sensor force measurement. With these functions of loading speed display, breaking peak maintenance, data storage, printing, query and compression strength conversion and other functions.

  

II. Brief introduction to the structure of the testing machine

The testing machine is composed of three parts: the main organism, the hydraulic control box and the force measuring instrument.

1. The main organism

The body of the testing machine is connected with the upper beam by four vertical columns. The upper beam of the testing machine is equipped with adjusting screws, large handwheel and nut screw rod to adjust the no-load height of the testing machine. The lower end of the screw rod is equipped with ball seat and upper pressing plate. The lower pressing plate is placed on the piston of the oil cylinder. When the specimen comes into contact with the upper pressing plate, the ball seat of the upper pressing plate can be adjusted and balanced by itself to keep the specimen level with the upper and lower pressing plate. The lower platen is engraved with a cutting line for the positioning of the specimen, and the specimen shall be aligned with the cutting line during the test. A dustproof cover is set under the lower platen to prevent or reduce dust entering the oil cylinder and damaging the cylinder body or oil seal when the piston rises or falls. A sealing device is set between the piston and the oil cylinder to prevent oil leakage. However, when the piston still has a small amount of oil leakage in use, there is a ring-shaped oil groove at the top of  the cylinder body and an oil leakage channel to discharge oil and flow back to the big oil tank.

2. Hydraulic control part

Control box of this testing machine mainly include giving oil tank, oil pump, oil filter, motor, valve, and other components of the oil return valve, oil pump for straight type axial pump with five poles, made the tester at the time of loading, the manual control should be loaded to send oil valve piston is rising faster speed control (the speed and the relief valve is one piece design), when unloading, rotating oil return valve, oil cylinder will gradually decline. The test machine has adjusted the safety valve to the appropriate position when leaving the factory and the user does not need to adjust the safety valve in normal use.
