I. Function and purpose:

This testing machine is used to determine the flexural and compressive strength of building materials such as cement, mortar, bricks, and concrete. The machine employs a hydraulic power source, electro-hydraulic servo control technology, and computer data acquisition and processing. It consists of four parts: the main testing unit, the oil source (hydraulic power source), the measurement and control system, and the testing apparatus. It features dynamic display and real-time control of load, time, and test curves, as well as a function to maintain the maximum test force. This testing equipment is essential for construction, building materials, and civil engineering units such as highways and bridges.

This testing machine and its accessories comply with the requirements of the standards: GB/T2611, GB/T17671, and GB/T50081.

1. The main organism

    The body of the testing machine is connected with the upper beam by four vertical columns. The upper beam of the testing machine is equipped with adjusting screws, large handwheel and nut screw rod to adjust the no-load height of the testing machine. The lower end of the screw rod is equipped with ball seat and upper pressing plate. The lower pressing plate is placed on the piston of the oil cylinder. When the specimen comes into contact with the upper pressing plate, the ball seat of the upper pressing plate can be adjusted and balanced by itself to keep the specimen level with the upper and lower pressing plate. The lower platen is engraved with a cutting line for the positioning of the specimen, and the specimen shall be aligned with the cutting line during the test. A dustproof cover is set under the lower platen to prevent or reduce dust entering the oil cylinder and damaging the cylinder body or oil seal when the piston rises or falls. A sealing device is set between the piston and the oil cylinder to prevent oil leakage. However, when the piston still has a small amount of oil leakage in use, there is a ring-shaped oil groove at the top of the cylinder body and an oil leakage channel to discharge oil and flow back to the big oil tank.

2. Hydraulic control part
