Overview
PLS-500/50 computer-controlled dynamic and static comprehensive testing machine is a comprehensive performance testing machine based on the combination of pressure testing machine and dynamic testing machine. Electro-hydraulic servo dynamic and static universal testing machine is composed of main engine, constant pressure servo pump station, TMC9000II dynamic controller, TMC-100II static controller, computer, EVOTest Fatigue software, piping system, etc. It can be applied to various materials and structural parts , Dynamic performance, fatigue and static mechanical performance tests of components. Compression, dynamic low-cycle fatigue, program-controlled fatigue, fracture mechanics, and static constant deformation, constant load control and various mechanical performance tests can be performed. The dynamic and static universal testing machine is an ideal equipment for dynamic testing in aerospace, aviation, transportation, metallurgy, scientific research institutes and universities and colleges.
The testing machine is suitable for testing specimens with a bearing capacity of 600kN. It complies with GT/T2611 "General Technical Conditions for Testing Machines", national metrological verification regulations JJG139 "Tension, Compression and Universal Testing Machines" standards, European and American BS EN 17150 and other standards.

1.1 Host Framework
Four-column main frame, the column is plated with hard chrome, and the diameter of the column is 65mm.
Upper beam: a set of dynamic servo multi-actuators;

1.2 Dynamic Actuators
Placed on the upper part of the host.
Maximum dynamic and static test force: +/-50kN.
Actuator effective stroke: +/-50mm
Double rod piston structure. Sealing method: guide ring + servo sealing ring (all components are imported from American PARKER).
The actuator is equipped with a magnetic hysteresis telescopic displacement sensor (imported from American MTS/Germany), and an external electro-hydraulic servo valve.
Electro-hydraulic servo valve: 21Mpa, 280L/min;
The hydraulic buffer zone is designed at the limit position of the actuator amplitude to avoid damage caused by running out of control;

Double rod piston structure. Sealing method: guide ring + servo sealing ring (all components are imported from American PARKER).
Equipped with magnetic hysteresis displacement sensor and external electro-hydraulic servo valve.

All sensors are calibrated before leaving the factory.
Hydraulic Pump System
Total flow 150L/min, pressure 21Mpa.
The pumping station is designed and manufactured according to the standard modularization, with mature technology and stable performance; it is equipped with a relay module, which is connected to the actuator.
The pump station is composed of oil pump, motor, high and low pressure switching valve group, accumulator, oil filter, cooling system, oil tank, relay module, pipeline system, etc.;
The filtration system adopts three-stage filtration: oil pump suction port, 100μ; oil source outlet, filtration accuracy 3μ;
The oil pump adopts the internal gear pump of Japan Fujietsu. The pump adopts the involute internal gear meshing transmission, which has low noise, excellent durability and long life;
The oil pump motor unit is equipped with vibration damping device (vibration damping pad is selected) to reduce vibration and noise;
Using high and low pressure switching valve group to start and stop the hydraulic system.
Fully enclosed standard servo fuel tank, the volume of the fuel tank is designed to be 4-6 times the flow rate of the test bench; it has functions such as temperature measurement, air filter device, and oil level display;
The system adopts the air cooling method, and the oil source is equipped with a cooler;
