3. Program description
TPJ-W10 Microcomputer Control Shock Absorber Fatigue Testing Machine is composed of main engine, computer measurement and control system and strong current control box. The main engine provides the test loading body. 3.1 Host
The main engine is mainly composed of five parts: frame, mechanical loading mechanism, transmission mechanism and fixture. The frame is composed of four columns to form a closed frame with the workbench and the upper beam. The lower part of the frame is the workbench, the upper part is the upper beam, and the loading beam is in the middle of the frame. The transmission mechanism drives the up and down reciprocating motion to realize the compression fatigue test of the spring. . A lifting lead screw is installed on the upper beam, and a guide beam is installed at the end of the leading screw. In order to meet the fatigue test of springs of different lengths, the test space can be automatically adjusted, and the manual button is placed on the control cabinet to manually control the lifting of the pre-compressed beam to adjust the test space.
The transmission mechanism is composed of an adjustable-speed motor and a flywheel controlled by a frequency converter. By adjusting the motor speed, the test frequency can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 1-5Hz.
The loading mechanism is a mechanical structure, mainly composed of a crank connecting rod mechanism, which converts the rotational motion of the motor into a straight line reciprocating motion in the vertical direction;

3.2 Control system
The computer measurement and control system is the center of the test device. On the one hand, the computer collects the test force signal of each spring during the test process, and displays the test force in real time, and displays various state parameters such as: test frequency, current test times, each station On the other hand, it is necessary to set control parameters according to the control requirements, such as: setting the number of tests for automatic shutdown, setting the test force for automatic shutdown according to the stress drop, etc. The control signal is sent to the strong current control box, and the main motor is controlled by the strong current controller, which has the functions of starting the motor, adjusting the speed of the motor, and automatically stopping according to the instructions issued by the computer.
