I. Product Overview
1.1, digital touch-screen control bending fatigue testing machine is a metal specimen in the rotating state under stress pure bending principle to determine the bending fatigue of ferrous metals and their alloys at room temperature of the test equipment, with a touch-screen operation, PLC control and counting display function.
1.2 The metrological characteristics of the equipment are debugged according to JJG652-90 of the National Measurement and Certification Regulations of the People's Republic of China, and it conforms to the national standards of Fatigue Test of Metallic Materials by Rotational Bending Method GB/T4337-2008 and JBT 9374-1999 Pure Bending Fatigue Testing Machine Technical Conditions.

IV. Acceptance, installation, commissioning and training:
(a) After the equipment arrives at the demand side, the demand side completes the installation in place under the guidance of the supplier; the supplier is responsible for. The supplier arranges technical personnel to the demand-side equipment use site for equipment wiring, commissioning and other work, equipment acceptance is completed and training related to the use of personnel, so that operators can independently operate and use the equipment, so that the trained can master the test bench operation, adjustment and basic troubleshooting.

V. Quality Assurance:
The equipment will be regarded as formally delivered only after it has been formally accepted at the site of the ordering party. The warranty period of the equipment is 1 year from the date of formal delivery. In the warranty period, the supplier of equipment for all types of failure in a timely manner free of charge maintenance services. For all kinds of parts damage caused by non-man-made, timely and free of charge replacement. Warranty period outside the use of equipment in the process of failure, the supplier promptly to the ordering party services, and actively assist the ordering party to complete the maintenance task.
