Mainly produces four-ball friction testing machine series, end-face wear testing machine series, ring block friction and wear testing machine series, long-term friction and wear testing machine series, sliding bearing friction and wear testing machine series, as well as friction and wear with special functions such as high temperature, vacuum, corrosion, etc. The testing machine has a total of more than 30 specifications and varieties, which can effectively simulate the friction pair forms such as point, line, and surface, and realize the rolling, sliding, rolling, intermittent, reciprocating, compound and other motion forms of the friction pair counterpart. I. Main purpose and scope of application
The machine is mainly in the form of sliding friction to evaluate the bearing capacity of lubricants under extremely high point contact pressure conditions. Including the maximum non-seize load PB, sintering load PD, comprehensive wear value ZMZ and other three indicators. The machine can also do long-term anti-wear test of lubricants, measure friction coefficient, record friction force and temperature curve.

III.working conditions
